Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026  ·  Uniconduct LLC

The short version Intuition Check does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs. Your settings stay on your device. Partner mode talks directly between two phones on your local network — nothing reaches our servers, because we don't operate any.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the Intuition Check application ("the app") developed by Uniconduct LLC ("we", "our", or "us") for iPhone. It explains what data the app handles, what it does not, and how partner mode works over a local network.

2. Information we collect

We collect no information whatsoever. Specifically:

No personal data. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or any other personal identifier.

No accounts. There is no sign-up, sign-in, or user profile.

No usage data. The app does not track which features you use, how often you open it, or how long you spend in it.

No telemetry or analytics. The app contains no analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, advertising libraries, or telemetry of any kind.

No device identifiers. The app does not collect device IDs, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any hardware identifiers.

3. Data stored on your device

The app stores only your local preferences — settings such as your preferred mode, deck size, number digit range, and toggle states. This data is saved using iOS standard preferences storage (UserDefaults) on your device and is never transmitted off the device by the app.

Uninstalling the app removes this data, in accordance with iOS behavior.

4. Partner mode and local network

The app's optional Partner mode lets two iPhones near each other play a guessing round together. To do this, the app uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework, which discovers nearby devices over the local Wi-Fi network and, when available, peer-to-peer wireless transports provided by iOS.

While Partner mode is active, your device:

• Advertises a service identifier so a nearby second device running the same app can discover it.
• Exchanges only game-related messages with the connected peer: a round configuration (card or number mode, deck size, range), the chosen value, the guessed value, and a reveal message.
• Displays the iOS-assigned device name of the connected peer so you can identify who you are playing with.

The app does not send this information to any server, third party, or cloud service. Uniconduct LLC operates no backend for this app. The exchange happens directly between the two devices on the same local network.

Because Partner mode requires local network access, iOS will prompt you for permission the first time the app tries to use it. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.

5. Third-party services

The app integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected.

Playing card artwork is provided by Adrian Kennard under the Creative Commons CC0 Public Domain dedication (me.uk/cards). The artwork is bundled inside the app — using it does not contact any external service.

The card artwork is rendered into images on your device using Apple's built-in WebKit framework, which is part of iOS itself. This rendering runs entirely on your device and performs no network communication of any kind.

Apple may collect certain information as part of operating the App Store and iOS itself. That collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, which is independent of ours.

6. Children's privacy

Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children or any other group.

7. Changes to this policy

If our privacy practices change, we will update this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
