Intuition Check.

Your results can shift with your state and your circumstances, so it helps to know what might be in play before you read too much into any single number. None of the following is a settled fact — they are possibilities worth noticing as you experiment.

There's another pattern worth watching: the values themselves. When choosing, people often lean toward some values and avoid others — rarely as evenly as they imagine. And you might find you guess some values right far more often than others — and some almost never — even ones you pick just as much. One reading is that intuition can favour or avoid particular values on its own, apart from what you choose. The app's per-value breakdown lets you see both — how often each value is picked, and how often each is guessed right.

Pick a card, a number, or a picture. Take your guess. Reveal the result. Repeat. Or switch to Quick pick: lay the whole set out as a grid and tap to catch the hidden value. The mechanics are intentionally minimal — the point is to practice, not to grind through menus.

You don't have to supply your own pictures to get started. Five ready-made image sets ship inside the app — including the classic Zener cards.

Adding one gives you your own copy, and from then on it behaves like any other guess set: rename it, leave images out of the guessing pool, reorder them, send the set to a partner, or export it as a file.

Each set also carries its own “?” cover — outlined below — which is what you see while the value is still hidden. It is never one of the answers.

Every round you mark turns into data. Instead of just counting hits, the app compares your results to the exact odds a random guesser would face for the same pool size — and tells you, in plain language, whether you are genuinely ahead or just riding a lucky run.

Intuition Check does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs. Your settings and your photos are saved locally on your device, and your guess statistics stay on your device only if you choose to save them — off by default.

In partner mode, your phone uses Apple's Network framework to talk directly to the other phone over the local network. The data exchanged is limited to game state (value chosen, guess made, reveal) — and, if you play with one of your image sets, the set itself, sent directly to your partner's phone. The app sends none of it to us — and we run no servers that could receive it.

Intuition Check is free to download and comes with 1 hour of in-app time to try everything. That hour counts only while you are actually using the app, and it adds up across all your sessions — no clock runs while the app is closed.

To keep playing after that, there is a single subscription: $0.99 per month, with the first month free, shown in your local currency. It is Family Sharing–enabled, so up to five family members can use it, and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

The subscription covers the whole app — both modes, every guess set, partner play and statistics. Two optional extras stay separate and unlock nothing else: a ready-made Zodiac image set as a one-time purchase, and a way to say thank you, for anyone who feels like it.
