1 · Use guess sets other than numbers and cards

The main screen has a switcher at the top. Out of the box it shows two guess sets — Cards and Numbers — so that is all you see until you add more. Every extra set you add appears in the same switcher.

To add the ready-made image sets that ship with the app:

1. Open Settings → Manage guess sets. This is the Guess sets screen.
2. Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Ready-made sets.
4. Pick a set — Zener Cards, Shapes, Colors, Rock Paper Scissors or Zodiac Signs — and tap Add to my guess sets. (Zodiac is a one-time purchase; the rest are free.)
5. The set now appears in your Guess sets list, and — as long as Show in main view is on for it — in the main switcher.

2 · Create a guess set from your own images

1. Open Settings → Manage guess sets.
2. Tap +, then Image set.
3. In the New image set dialog, type a name and tap Create. The new set opens automatically.
4. Tap + on the set's screen and add pictures from Photo library, Camera, or Files. You can select several at once from the library or Files.

That is enough to play — pick the set from the switcher and start guessing. To fine-tune it, see the next section.

3 · Arrange images, exclude them, set the “?” cover

All of this happens on the set's own screen (open it from Manage guess sets).

Reorder and lay out: tap Arrange above the images. There you can drag images into a new order, set how many fit per row, choose the grid position, and toggle Fit to screen. A partner you share the set with starts from this same layout.

Leave an image out of the guessing pool: touch and hold an image, then choose Don't use in game. It stays in the set but is never chosen as an answer. Choose Use in game to put it back.

Set the “?” cover: touch and hold an image and choose Mark as “?” placeholder. That image is shown while the value is still hidden and is never one of the answers. Choose Unmark as “?” placeholder to clear it.

4 · Send an image set to a friend

Image sets export as a single .guesset file that carries the pictures, their order, the layout, and the excluded/cover flags.

1. Open Settings → Manage guess sets.
2. Touch and hold the image set (or tap Edit first), then choose Export…. You can also use the share button inside the set.
3. The iOS share sheet opens. Pick Mail, Messages, another messaging app, AirDrop, or Save to Files.
4. The .guesset file is attached; send it as you would any attachment.

Only image sets export this way — Cards and Numbers are built in and don't need sharing.

5 · Open a set a friend sent you

When a friend sends you a .guesset file by Mail, Messages, or AirDrop, tap it and choose to open it with Intuition Check. It is imported as your own independent copy — find it under Settings → Manage guess sets and it appears in the switcher like any other set.

You can also share a set directly, phone-to-phone, during a partner game — see below.

6 · Play the partner game

Two iPhones connect directly to each other — no accounts and no servers. One person picks a value, the other tries to guess it.

1. On both phones, turn on Wi-Fi and open the Partner game screen — tap the two-person button at the top-left of the main view, or use Settings → Open partner game. (If the button isn't there, turn on Show partner game button in Settings.)
2. Each phone shows Looking for a partner nearby… and lists the other under Seen nearby. They connect automatically.
3. Once connected, pick what to play with under Play with — cards, numbers, or any of your image sets.
4. Choose your role: I'll choose a card / number / image, or I'll try to guess. Your partner gets the opposite role.
5. The chooser taps a value; the guesser taps their guess; both phones then show the Chosen and Guessed values with Correct! or Not this time. Tap Play again for the next round.

7 · Track and keep your statistics

Statistics turn your rounds into a picture of how you're doing against pure chance — but first the app needs to know the outcome of each round.

Record your rounds. Open Settings → Guess tracking and choose one:

• Mark yourself — after each reveal, tap Correct or Wrong. Reveals you skip without marking aren't counted.
• Enter your guess — pick your guess before revealing, and the round is scored automatically.

See them. Open Settings → View statistics, or tap the statistics button in the main view (toggle it with Show statistics button). At the top you can filter by Guess set, Mode, Play style, and Period. The luck-or-skill verdict appears once you've recorded about 20 rounds. Further down, a per-value breakdown shows how often each value is picked and how often each is guessed right — handy for spotting values you tend to favour or avoid.

Statistics currently cover your solo rounds only — partner-game rounds aren't recorded yet. It's on our list for a future release.

Keep them between launches. By default, statistics live only for the current session and clear when you quit. To keep a history, turn on Save statistics on device in the same Settings section.

Clear them. At the bottom of the statistics screen, use Clear statistics for “…”… for one set or Clear all statistics… for everything. That removes recorded rounds only — your guess sets and settings are untouched.
