1. Use guess sets other than numbers and cards

The main view has a switcher at the top. Out of the box it shows two guess sets — Cards and Numbers — so that is all you see until you add more. Every extra set you add appears in the same switcher.

The quickest way to add one of the ready-made image sets that ship with the app is the + button beside the switcher: it opens Ready-made sets directly, so you can skip to step 4 below. Below the ready-made sets in the same view, Empty image set starts one with no pictures in it yet, ready for your own. (The gear beside that + button opens the settings of the set you're playing with. Either button can be shown or hidden in Settings → Guess sets.) Or go through Settings:

1. Open Settings → Guess sets → Manage guess sets. This opens the list of your guess sets.
2. Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Ready-made sets.
4. Pick a set — Zener Cards, Shapes, Colors, Rock Paper Scissors or Zodiac Signs — and tap Add to my guess sets. (Zodiac is paid; the rest are free.)
5. The set now appears in your Guess sets list, and — as long as Show in main view is on for it — in the guess-set switcher in the main view.

2. Create a guess set from your own images

1. Open Settings → Guess sets → Manage guess sets.
2. Tap +, then Empty image set.
3. In the New image set dialog, type a name and tap Create. The new set opens automatically.
4. Tap + in the set's view and add pictures from Photos, Camera, or Files. You can select several at once from the library or Files.

From the main view the same thing takes fewer taps: the + button beside the switcher opens Ready-made sets, and below the ready-made ones Empty image set offers the name My images, creates the set and switches to it — the pictures then go in from the set's own view, as in step 4 above.

That is enough to play — pick the set from the switcher and start guessing. To fine-tune it, see the next section.

3. Arrange images, exclude them, set the “?” cover

All of this happens in the set's own view (open it from Manage guess sets).

Reorder and lay out: tap Arrange above the images. There you can drag images into a new order, set how many fit per row, choose the Alignment, and toggle Scale to fit. A partner you share the set with starts from this same layout.

Leave an image out of the guessing: touch and hold an image, then choose Don't use in game. It stays in the set but is never chosen as an answer. Choose Use in game to put it back.

Set the “?” cover: touch and hold an image and choose Mark as “?” placeholder. That image is shown while the value is still hidden and is never one of the answers. Choose Unmark as “?” placeholder to clear it.

4. Send an image set to a friend

Image sets export as a single .guesset file that carries the pictures, their order, the layout, and the excluded/cover flags.

1. Open Settings → Guess sets → Manage guess sets.
2. Touch and hold the image set (or tap Edit first), then choose Export…. You can also use the share button inside the set.
3. The share sheet opens. Pick Mail, Messages, another messaging app, AirDrop, or Save to Files.
4. The exported .guesset file is attached; send it as you would any attachment.

Only image sets export this way — Cards and Numbers are built in and don't need sharing.

5. Open a set a friend sent you

When a friend sends you a .guesset file by Mail, Messages, or AirDrop, tap it and choose to open it with Intuition Check. It is imported as your own independent copy — find it under Settings → Guess sets → Manage guess sets and it appears in the switcher like any other set.

If the file is already saved on your device, you can also import it from inside the app: open Settings → Guess sets → Manage guess sets, tap +, then Import from file and pick it in Files.

You can also share a set directly, device to device, during a partner game — see below.

6. Play the partner game

Two devices connect directly to each other — no accounts and no servers. One person picks a value, the other tries to guess it.

1. On both devices, turn on Wi-Fi and open the Partner game view — tap the two-person button at the top-left of the main view, or use Settings → Partner game → Open partner game. (If the button isn't there, turn on Show partner game button in Settings.)
2. Each device shows Looking for a partner nearby… and lists the other under Seen nearby. They connect automatically.
3. Once connected, pick what to play with under Play with — cards, numbers, or any of your image sets.
4. Choose your role: I'll choose a card / number / image, or I'll try to guess. Your partner gets the opposite role.
5. The chooser taps a value; the guesser taps their guess; both devices then show the Chosen and Guessed values with Correct! or Not this time. Tap Play again for the next round.

7. Track and keep your statistics

Statistics turn your rounds into a picture of how you're doing against pure chance — but first the app needs to know the outcome of each round.

Record your rounds. One by one records rounds only while guess tracking is on. Open Settings → One by one → Guess tracking and choose a Method:

• Mark yourself — after each reveal, tap Correct or Wrong. Reveals you skip without marking aren't counted.
• Enter your guess — pick your guess before revealing, and the round is scored automatically.

Quick pick and Series don't use that setting — a tap on the grid and a series you play are recorded either way.

See them. Open Settings → Statistics → View statistics, or tap the statistics button in the main view (toggle it with Show statistics button). At the top you can filter by Period, Mode, Play style, Guess set, and State. The chance verdict appears once you've recorded about 20 rounds. Further down, a per-value breakdown shows how often you pick each value as your guess and how often each is guessed right — handy for spotting values you tend to favor or avoid.

Note your state. The state bar in the main view lets you mark how you are right now — Rested or Tired, Calm or Stressed, Confident or Doubtful, After coffee, After exercise and more. What you note applies to every following round until you change it; Reset noted state in Settings → Your state decides when it's forgotten — at the next launch, after a pause, or never. The statistics view then compares your rounds by state and by time of day, and each streak shows the state noted during it. Rename, reorder, add or hide states under Settings → Your state → Manage states, or switch the bar off with Note your state during rounds.

Statistics cover your solo rounds only — partner-game rounds aren't recorded.

Keep them between launches. By default, statistics live only for the current session and clear when you quit. To keep a history, turn on Save statistics on device — it is at the top of the statistics view while that section is shown, and it is in the same Settings section too.

Clear them. At the bottom of the statistics view, use Clear all statistics for “…” for one set, Delete the filtered statistic records (count: …) for just the records matching the current filters, or Clear all statistics for everything.
