Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Uniconduct LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent software company building applications for Apple platforms. This Privacy Policy covers the company as a whole: how we handle information in connection with our apps, this website, and any correspondence you send us.

We build on a simple principle: your data is yours. We do not collect, process, or have access to information about you or how you use what we make.

2. Our apps

None of our apps collect, store, or transmit personal information. Specifically, they contain:

No accounts. No sign-up, no sign-in, no user profile.

No personal data. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal identifier.

No usage data. We do not track which features you use, how often you open an app, or how long you spend in it.

No telemetry or analytics. No analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, no advertising libraries.

No device identifiers. We do not collect device IDs, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or hardware identifiers.

3. Data stored on your device, and backups

Whatever an app of ours saves — settings, content you create, results — is written to that app's own storage on your device. We operate no servers that receive, store, or process it, and we have no way to read it.

One consequence is worth spelling out: because these are ordinary files in the app's container, they are included in your device backup like any other app's data. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, a copy of them goes into that backup. The backup is yours, it is created by iOS at your request, and it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy — we have no access to it.

Our apps do not use iCloud sync. Nothing is shared between your devices while you use them, which is also why content you create in an app on one device does not appear on another.

Deleting an app removes its data from your device, in accordance with iOS behavior. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had it.

4. This website

uniconduct.com is a static website. It has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no social media embeds. It sets no cookies. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled by us.

No third-party content. The fonts, images, and stylesheets are served from this domain. The site does not load resources from font services, CDNs for libraries, or any other outside party, so visiting it does not reveal your IP address to a third party through embedded content.

Hosting and delivery. Like any website, ours has to be served by someone. The pages are hosted on Netlify and delivered through Cloudflare, which act as our processors. As part of serving a request they handle standard technical information — your IP address, the page requested, your browser's user agent — and keep it in short-term server and security logs for reliability and abuse prevention. We do not use that data for analytics, and we do not combine it with anything else. Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly to tell humans from automated traffic if its bot protection is engaged.

Outbound links. Some pages link to the App Store, to Apple's legal pages, and to the source of the playing card artwork. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.

5. Email you send us

If you write to us — for support, feedback, or anything else — we receive your message and your email address, because that is how email works. We use it only to reply, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share it. We keep the correspondence only as long as it takes to resolve what you wrote about.

Please do not send us more personal information than your question needs. Our apps collect nothing, so we never need account details, and we will never ask for a password or payment information.

6. Purchases

Where an app offers a purchase or a subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, card number, billing address, or Apple Account credentials — those go to Apple and never reach us.

To know what to unlock, an app asks the App Store on your device whether a purchase or subscription is currently valid. That check happens locally between the app and Apple's services; the answer is not sent to us and is not stored anywhere but your device. Where a purchase is shared through Family Sharing, the app can see that the entitlement came from a family member, because that is part of the answer Apple gives — but it learns nothing about who that person is.

Apple provides us with sales and payout reports. These are aggregated and contain no information identifying individual customers. Apple's own handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. We have no access to your payment method and cannot process a refund ourselves.

7. Third parties

We integrate no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services — not in our apps, not on this website. We share no information with third parties, because we collect none to share.

The exceptions are the infrastructure named above — our website host and CDN — and Apple, which operates the App Store and the platforms our apps run on. Apple may collect information as part of that role, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, independently of ours.

8. Children's privacy

Because we collect no personal information from anyone, our apps and this website are safe for people of all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children or from any other group.

9. Your rights

Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, and erase personal data held about you. In almost every case there is nothing here to exercise them against, because we hold no data about you at all. Our apps never ask for an email address — there is no sign-up, no account, and nothing to register — and this website has no forms and no newsletter.

The one exception is if you decide to write to us yourself, for support or anything else. Only then do we hold anything: that message, and the address you sent it from, for as long as it takes to answer you. You can ask us to delete it at any time — write to [email protected], or to [email protected] if that is where you wrote in the first place. Both reach us.

10. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page with a new effective date. Any future app that does collect data will say so plainly in its own policy.
